Amy Sanders,

Amy Sanders, GPACT Certified Colon Hydro Therapist Mentor International consulting and instruction for the integration Of Colon Hydrotherapy for Spa and Medical purposes

Amy Sanders, C.T. has been a Wellness Spa owner and certified practitioner of Colon Hydrotherapy for more than ten years. In 1998, she earned her first certification in Colon Hydro Therapy from Clearwater Colon Hydrotherapy in Clearwater, Florida and had purchased her first Colon Hydrotherapy device. That was the beginning of the manifestation of her vision; to create a wellness center that is focused on proactive health center versus a traditional sick care ?reactive? way that is common in western coutries. Amy believes, that if people do more now to stay healthy, then they have less to do later to regain health.

?With the use of Colon Hydro Therapy, we help those who are in all stages of health, or lack of, feel better and literally change their quality of life.? Amy Sanders, C.T. In 1998 Amy opened her first wellness center in Phoenix, Arizona offering a variety of services, with Colon Hydrotherapy as the main focus, accompanied by therapeutic massage, as well as other services.

At the end of 1998, Amy shared space in a wellness center located in Scottsdale, Arizona, as an expansion of her Phoenix Spa. The center in Scottsdale offered ?open system? Libbe Colon Hydrotherapy, giving her the ability to compare and contrast both the ?Open? and ?Closed? systems. Although she used the closed system primarily, occasionally she assisted clients on the open system as well , gaining a good working knowledge of both methods of Professional Colon Cleansing. In 1999 Amy left the shared center in Scottsdale, due to the need for more space, and popularity of the ?Closed? over the ?open? colonic system. She then opened her second wellness center in Scottsdale, Arizona, increasing her ability to serve more clients in multiple areas of the valley mainlining two locations.

To date, Wellness Waters Spa is the premiere Colon Hydrotherapy center in Arizona, averaging 600 colonic therapies per month, personally training the majority of her staff through her own training program she teaches in Oregon, Arizona and Internationally, known as Wellness Institute for Digestive health, LLC. www.WIDH.org .

In 2000, Amy received further training and certification by the Cathy Shea International School of Colon Hydrotherapy. After passing the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy exam with a 97%, she became a Certified Colon Therapist by I-ACT and Member. I-ACT is the only internationally recognized professional organization at the time. Amy maintains her membership with I-ACT to date while starting a completely new organization. Amy?s most recent endeavor, is a Wellness Retreat in Grants Pass, Oregon that features additional services beyond Colon Hydrotherapy including dry and infrared saunas, Naturopathic medicine, and specialized and individualized cleansing programs that will include raw food education, cultured vegetables, among other things. Colon Hydrotherapy remains the main focus, due to the incredible results they facilitate.

The facility is open for rental as a training facility for mentors of GPACT, as well as for Certified GPACT Hydro Therapists to use for hosting their own wellness retreat! As a Colon Hydrotherapy mentor, GPACT Founder, Amy travels internationally training Doctors, Nurses as well as other health care professionals to integrate Colon Hydrotherapy into their facilities; many of whom, are on the cutting edge of non-traditional medicine, finding amazing results with Colon Hydrotherapy in groundbreaking ways.

In January 2009, Amy is launching The Global Professional Association for Colon Therapy aka GPACT.ORG, a professional association for Colon Hydro Therapy / Therapists. Amy sees a sincere need for a new organization, giving a forum /blog online through the GPACT website, to assist in the funding of a Civic League of GPACT non-profit organization for research and legislation for the licensure of Certified Colon Hydro Therapists, professional development, classifieds, insurance, discounted therapy supplies, seminars to be held internationally through GPACT Chapter hosts as well as in attractive locations in the USA, and much more!
